Pizza day!  I had a pizza party with my friends at university on Friday. It was my first time ordering pizza for delivery, so I was really excited. When I was a high school student, I dreamed of ordering pizza at school, but I couldn’t do it because there was no pizza shop near my high school and they didn’t deliver. I am very happy that I was able to fulfill my dream.  We ordered 3 pizzas. It wasn’t easy to choose because there were so many types of pizza that we wanted to try, but I think we made a good choice. We ordered a mixed pizza, a mozzarella cheese pizza, and a shrimp mayonnaise pizza. Especially the shrimp mayonnaise pizza was very delicious because the dough was custom made with cheese. Everyone, please order the dough with cheese. And next time, let’s have a pizza party with everyone from the Department of Health and Nutrition!! 

 A crepe shop came to the university of Niigata Prefecture!  On Wednesday, the crepe shop came to our university. It was a crepe made by a taiyaki shop and there are three types. They are chocolate banana crepe, caramel cookie crepe and blueberry banana crepe. I bought a blueberry banana crepe. It was so big and satisfying. It was so delicious!  Moreover, I was lucky enough to win the lottery that day. The prize was 500 yen ticket. That’s why the 450 yen crepe is practically free. I was very happy that day!  The crepe shop will come to our university again next Wednesday, so please buy it if you want to eat sweet crepe. 😋

This time I will introduce you to Tuesday’s dinner. It’s my mother’s homemade Gaprao rice! I’m not good at taking pictures, so it looks like dry curry, but this is Gaprao rice. It is rare for me to eat foreign food at home. However, it was very hot and humid that day, so my mother thought of spicy dish to beat the heat and made this dish. This dish was very delicious and made me feel little ethnic. It may be good to eat foreign dishes once in a while. Please try it if you like.  My pet “Moco” also had this expression because he wanted to eat this dish (lettuce).🥰

 I really don’t have anything to write today, so I’ll introduce what I think is hard these days.  We have been studying English a lot since we entered university. University of Niigata Prefecture has a lot of assignments. This is my opinion, not a complaint. Don’t you think so? Especially “M-Reader” is a burden for me. I have to read 85,000 words by summer. Some people may have higher goals. Now I have read 32,000 words. I am doing my best!  However, after entering university, there are more fun things than hard things. So I will try to achieve this goal. Let’s do our best together! 

I am a nutrition student in Niigata prefecture. l 'm going to review a recipe for Wonton Soup. Wonton Soup is a Chinese dish of wontons in chicken soup. Wonton is a dish in which ingredients such as meat and shrimp are wrapped in flour skins.  I found this recipe on Just One Cookbook which is a great blog site with lots of Japanese food recipes on it.   Hello everyone! Are you watching “The Ring Finger for the King” on TV? I sometimes watch it on TV with my sister. My friend “Kanon” loves Kanna Hashimoto as an actor. She always says “Hashimoto Kanna is very cute!!”. I think so too. One day, Riyo’s instagram story uploaded cute photo. The photo is that Yuzuka who is Riyo’s friend saw the poster which advertised “The Ring Finger for the King”. Kanon said me “I want to do this!”. So we went to Banbai City. An event was held there. It was like a summer festival. We found the poster, and we took a photo. However, the photo is not good because the place was crowded. But, we had a nice lunch and dessert. So we were happy! I had a good time with Kanon.  I want you to know your favorite TV problem. Please tell me it!

 Today, I am going to talk about my recommend shop. The shop’s name is “puddle coffee”. This shop is very close to university of Niigata Prefecture. It’s about five minutes on foot from the university. It is a space where you can relax. The menu is strawberry parfait on this photo. It is very delicious and cute! There are many other menus, so please come and try them.  These days, I am looking for part-time job. I want to do this and that because I’m greedy. So I haven’t been able to decide on part-time job yet. If you possible, please tell me about your part-time job.
